Terms & Conditions
We take pride in providing the best information and instruction on our products, but if you need it, we offer to come to your home and help with the optimal setup and installation of your hi-fi equipment.
Our own experienced installers can take care of everything: delivery, unpacking, setup, installation, network setup, etc., so you get the best out of your hi-fi equipment. There’s a reason we call ourselves specialists!
You can also take us into consideration if you are building a new house or rebuilding and want to have sound and image thought into the project. We’ll help you find the best solutions to avoid mistakes like wiring and in-wall speakers. Come in and let us know your plans.
Entry fee DKK 300,-
Per hour (min. 1 hour) DKK 600
After the first hour, you will be charged DKK 300 per half hour.
Materials used, such as cable trays, special bolts or brackets and cables not purchased in the store, are paid for separately.
Delivery of goods is deemed to have taken place when the consumer has received the goods. The shipment of goods is done by GLS.
Delivery time is 1-3 business days, if the goods are in stock.
For goods in remote storage, a delivery time of up to 15 working days may be allowed.
For individual ordered items, a delivery time of up to 20 working days may be calculated.

Lydspecialisten also offers financing via Sparxpres. An agreement on payment by financing lapses when a purchase is cancelled.
You can also pay by bank transfer. For bank transfers, you are not protected by the objection mechanism.
All prices on the web address www.lydspecialisten.dk – are inclusive of VAT. The amount will only be charged to your card when the item is dispatched.
We do not charge fees.
All goods sold on invoice are sold with retention of title until full payment is received.
Returns & Complaints
As a consumer, you have a 30-day return policy when you shop with us, excluding in-ear headphones and pick-ups
The return period expires 30 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered separately, the time limit runs from the day you receive the last item.
The deadline means that you have 30 days from receipt to notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or use the standard withdrawal form, which you will find at the bottom of the Terms and Conditions.
If you cancel a purchase on our webshop and you have chosen financing as a payment method, your financing agreement will also expire.
The following agreements cannot be cancelled:
Delivery of goods made to your specifications or with a clear personal touch.
Purchases of headphones cannot be cancelled for hygiene reasons.
Pickup purchase cannot be cancelled due to mechanical wear of the pickup during use.
Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the goods back to us.
You must pay for the return of the package and you are liable if damage occurs during transport.
Some items cannot be returned by regular mail. This applies to: goods over 20 kg.
The rules on defects in the Purchase Act apply to the purchase of goods.
When you shop with us as a consumer, you have a warranty period of 24 months.
If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, your money back or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation.
You must complain within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect. If you complain within two months of discovering the defect, the complaint will always be timely.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The goods must always be returned in proper packaging, and remember to get a receipt of dispatch so we can refund your shipping costs.
When you return the item, please include a detailed description of the problem.
We do not accept parcels sent by post or unclaimed.
By signing up for the Sound Specialist newsletter, you can get a one-year warranty after your warranty period expires, excluding used equipment. Registration must be made no later than the day of purchase.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects, spare parts and labour costs. The warranty does not cover scratches/damage, wear and tear, misuse, incorrect connection, damage caused during transport, professional use, lack of general maintenance, batteries in products, theft or fire. Any loss of data is not covered by the warranty.
The warranty does not cover third-party products or defects caused by connection to third-party products.
The warranty is only valid on presentation of the invoice or receipt with details of the date of purchase and type of product when the appliance is returned.
If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.
Please note that you will not be refunded the shipping cost if you cancel any part of your purchase.
You are liable only for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than that necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In other words, to receive a full refund, you must do the same as you would in a physical store. You may test the product, but not put it into actual use.
If the item has been tried on beyond what is described above, we will consider it used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get part or none of the purchase price back, depending on the commercial value of the item.
We recommend that you return the item in its original packaging.
If the original packaging is missing, this may result in a depreciation of the item.
If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.
We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method we offer), within 14 days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal.
We’ll refund you using the same payment method you used to make the purchase, unless we’ve agreed otherwise.
We may withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us proof that you have returned it.
We need the following information when you shop with us:
Name, address, tel. and email address.
We record your personal data in order to deliver the goods to you.
The personal information is registered at Lydspecialisten ApS and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.
We also work with a number of other companies that store and process data. The companies process the information solely on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.
We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your data with adequate protection.

As a registered user of Lydspecialisten ApS, you always have the right to send us your objections to the registration. You also have the right to see what information is recorded about you. The loan can always be repaid at no extra cost. The above examples are indicative as they assume that there are 30 days between the disbursement of the loan and the payment of the first instalment.
