JBL 4309 – A musical speaker.
When it comes to JBL’s 4309, there’s a lot to be excited about. It plays with an energy, dynamism and clarity that competitors struggle to match, and does so at a price that many can match. So if you’re into speakers that are entertaining and musical, the JBL 4309 may well be the perfect match for you.
Designed and engineered by JBL in their world-renowned acoustic engineering facility in Northridge, California, the 4309 is a perfect example of what JBL’s patented acoustic technologies can do. It all starts with its High-Definition Imaging (HDITM) horn technology, which ensures far better dispersion than conventional speakers and without the distortion characteristic of many other horn speakers. The horn-loaded tweeter is the patented 2410H-2, which is made of Teonex polymer and has a V-shaped gemotri to reduce diffraction and distortion. The bass consists of a 6.5″ pure cone unit, which ensures the 4309’s dynamic and incredibly accurate sound reproduction
