JBL HDI-3600 – A speaker with BIG sound
The HDI-3600 is the smallest floorstanding speaker in JBL’s HDI series, but it delivers big, powerful and dynamic sound reproduction. This is thanks in no small part to the 3 x 6.5″ aluminium diaphragm woofers, which provide significantly better stage height and presence by covering frequency ranges much higher than conventional woofers. The top 6.5″ unit handles the midrange up to the patented 1″ 2410H-2 tweeter, which is placed in the patented HDI waveguide for a better dispersion of the sound. So with the HDI series, you can sit in far more places than usual and still get the great stereo imaging that it’s all about.
The cabinets themselves have been braced to the highest standards, reducing internal resonances to an absolute minimum. On the back you will find the speaker’s two bass reflex ports and the possibility of bi-wiring. The design features an elegant and slim curved cabinet, available in timeless colours such as black high gloss, grey oak veneer or walnut veneer. The front grille comes in black and attaches magnetically for easy attachment and removal.
