In Lydspecialisten, you can test all our products at home for 30 days with full right of return. Then you have plenty of time to assess whether the product is right for you.
The return period expires 30 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.
However, certain goods are exempt from the right of withdrawal. This applies to special orders, in-ear headphones, pick-ups and record players with pickups where the seal is broken.
If you regret a purchase on our webshop and you have chosen financing as a payment method, your agreement regarding financing also expires.
Easy return with our return portal
Our return portal makes it easy for you to create a return. You just need to enter your order number, choose which items you want to return and complete the return. After this, the package just has to be handed in at your nearest GLS parcel shop.
When you create a return or exchange in our returns portal, you have 14 days to send the item back to us. When you return the item, it must be in the same condition as it was purchased. You only pay DKK 45 for return shipping.
